- 1 cup Ishva Quinoa
- 2 cups water or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 2 cups of water or vegetable broth to a boil.
