Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ISHVA Spinach Powder
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 green chili
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 cup water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine grated
coconut, ISHVA Spinach Powder,
green chili, roasted peanuts,
cumin seeds, and salt.
2. Add water and blend until smooth.
3. Serve as a dip with dosa, idli,
or rice dishes.
2. Spinach Mint Chutney
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ISHVA Spinach Powder
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup cilantro
1 green chili
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Instructions:
1. Blend fresh mint, cilantro, green
chili, ISHVA Spinach Powder,
lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
2. Add water gradually to achieve
a smooth, chutney-like consistency.
3. Serve with samosas, pakoras, or as
a spread in sandwiches.
3. Spinach Garlic Paste
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ISHVA Spinach Powder
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté
chopped garlic until fragrant.
2. Remove from heat, add ISHVA Spinach
Powder, chili flakes, and a little water.
3. Blend to a smooth paste and use as

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ISHVA Spinach Powder
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
1 tablespoon roasted chana dal
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 dried red chili
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds,
red chili, and turmeric powder.
2. Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.
3. Remove from heat, blend the mixture with ISHVA
Spinach Powder, tamarind paste, roasted
chana dal, and salt.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ISHVA Spinach Powder
1/4 cup blanched almonds
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
