How to Cook:

- Add soaked millet, 2 cups water, garam masala, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once millet is fluffy, garnish with fresh coriander and serve with raita.

- ½ cup moong dal (yellow split lentils)

- In a separate pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, peppercorns, and cashews.
